The Crazy Story of Jason London’s Arrest

People who are easily offended probably shouldn't read this story, because it's pretty gross. And really bizarre – almost as bizarre as the time in 2010 when "Party of Five" actor Jeremy London claimed that he had been kidnapped and forced to do drugs at gun point.

Now, Jeremy London's twin brother Jason – he's the one who starred in 1993's "Dazed and Confused" and alongside Reese Witherspoon in "The Man In the Moon," not the one who starred in "Mallrats" – has been arrested after a bar fight,according to TMZ.

Citing a police report, the website states that police were called to the Martini Ranch Bar in Scottsdale, Arizona, at 1:42 a.m. Sunday. They found Jason London with a swollen eye, which he reportedly got after he and the bouncer got into an altercation when London sneezed on him and not only refused to apologize as the bouncer insisted, but struck the bouncer in the face. London was then beaten as he was thrown out of the bar kicking and screaming.

The report goes on to say that London was aggressive with paramedics who came to help him, and a police officer eventually had to use a knee strike to London's right thigh in order to make him cooperate.

The 40-year-old actor was arrested for fighting and assault and – big surprise – disorderly conduct.

When he got into the police car is when things really got ugly.

London reportedly said some choice words to the cops, including a homophobic slur.

"I f***ing love this," he said. "I f***ing own you guys so hard. I'm rich and I'm a motherf***ing famous actor! F***ing look me up, b****."

Then, according to the report, London ranted about the smell of the vehicle and the arresting officer's breath as he, um, defecated in the car.

"I told you I'm happy as s**t," he said.

TMZ says London's wife Sofia later told police that her husband is "an a**hole" when he drinks, and that he had no memory of the episode.

For his part, London claimed on Twitter Tuesday that the story's been completely twisted.

"Guys, the TMZ report is a total f***ing lie," he wrote. "I got jumped by three 250 pound bouncers. They knocked me out and beat me for several minutes."

"I would never say or do the crap they are reporting. Have faith in me. The truth will come out and you will see," he continued. "Some guy thought I was hitting on his girl and had me jumped. My wife was in the next room, had no idea what even happened. I hate Arizona. Wait till you see the real pictures. I have a right orbital fracture and sinus fracture. The truth will win."

Somehow, we have a feeling that Arizona's not a big fan of him either!

Katherine Webb Kicks Off Her Super Bowl Reporting Gig

Miss Alabama, known for being the girlfriend of University of Alabama national championship quarterback AJ McCarron, is covering the Super Bowl for “Inside Edition” and during Tuesday’s media day she managed to grab more attention than the San Francisco 49ers (you know, who are actually playing on Sunday).

Journalists and reporters in New Orleans for Sunday’s big game were arguably more focused on Webb than on any of the actual players. Since revealing she thought she was destined for Hollywood, the former beauty pageant contestant has wasted no time settling in.

In just the three short weeks since ESPN cameras lingered on her at the BCS title game, Webb has signed on to the reality show “Celebrity Diving,” plans to move to New York City to pursue a modeling career, has hired a publicist and agent, and is reportedly fielding an offer to join “Dancing with the Stars.”

As for McCarron (who by all logic, should be considered the actual star in this relationship), the future pro football player has reportedly given his blessing for his girlfriend to pursue a career in Hollywood after initially being against it.

But can you really blame Webb for going after opportunities that are getting thrown her way? And what does her ascent to fame say about our society and the standards we deem acceptable for being a “star” nowadays.

Matchy Matchy Miley! Cyrus and Puppy Dress Up in Matching Leopard Print Outfits

Miley Cyrus’ obsession with her dogs is no secret, and on Tuesday she took that love to a whole new level.

The singer-actress dressed herself and her newest puppy, Bean, in matching leopard print outfits and posted a photo of all the cuteness on herTwitter page. Her fans clearly find it just as adorable as we do because the pic already has nearly 3,000 re-tweets after just three hours.

But Bean, who Cyrus adopted in early January, isn’t the only pup who got some love from the famous owner now that she’s back from her Costa Rican vacation with fiancé Liam Hemsworth. The “Can’t Be Tamed” singer also posted a new photoof her Siberian Husky, Floyd, sitting on her lap.

In addition to Bean, a Chihuaha mix, and Floyd, the couple also has a Rottweiler-beagle mix named Happy and a pit bull mix, Mary Jane. They had to find a new home for their bulldog Ziggy, however, after he accidentally killed their dog Lila, a Yorkie mix, in mid-December.

Cyrus has been creating a stir lately … for something other than her dogs. Not only does she appear on the March cover of Cosmopolitan in only a white blazer (and no bra!), but she also refers to being “married” to Hemsworth.

But we can confirm that she’s totally a great dog mother to her pack!

Cyrus and Bean aren’t the only two in Hollywood to go same-sies this week. At the SAG Awards on Sunday night, “Modern Family” stars Sofia Vergara and 5-year-old Aubrey Anderson-Emmons, who plays her character’s niece, Lily, both wore the same black faux fur coats over their dresses, which they then both posted to their respective WhoSay pages. Also, Justin Timberlake and Jay-Z both donned the same Tom Ford tuxes while filming the music video for their new single, “Suit & Tie,” from JT’s upcoming 20/20 Experience album.

Ashley Judd and Husband Dario Franchitti Split After 11 Years of Marriage

In the world of show business, staying married (to the same person) for a decade is a rare accomplishment. So, when actress Ashley Juddand her race car driver hubby, Dario Franchitti, made it to the 10-year anniversary back in 2011, it seemed the couple had gotten their Hollywood ending. Turns out they didn’t.

The two announced their breakup on Tuesday. "We have mutually decided to end our marriage. We'll always be family and continue to cherish our relationship based on the special love, integrity, and respect we have always enjoyed," the couple said via a statement to Peoplemagazine.

The daughter of country singer Naomi Judd and half-sister of Wynonna Judd was a staple on the sidelines at her husband’s races, including when Franchitti, 39, won his third Indy 500 in May. “I am so proud of him,” Judd, 44, told TV reporters at the time.

The “Kiss the Girls” star revealed to Redbook in February of 2010 that the couple strengthened their relationship with a daily “appreciation exercise.”

“The point is, we're always so quick to say, 'That hurt my feelings,' so how about being as quick to say, 'I really appreciated it when you turned the TV down so we could hear each other.' Dario and I do an appreciation every day,” Judd said, explaining that the point of the exercise was to ensure that “even when one is cross, to get some gratitude on board.”

The couple married in December 2001 at a castle in Scotland after a two-year engagement.

David Arquette definitely likes to get down!

The “Scream” star showed that he’s got moves like Jagger when he stripped down to his skivvies and gave Adam Lambert a birthday lap dance at Bootsy Bellows nightclub in Los Angeles on Saturday.The “American Idol” alum, who turns 31 today, looked impressed with Arquette’s raunchy-yet-funny skills and treated his fans to a barrage of Instagram photos which capture the mayhem.

One picture captioned, “Yup, this happened,”which shows off Arquette’s hairy chest and many tattoos, is definitely a sight to behold. Hmmm … we wonder if Arquette’s ex Courteney Cox is jealous?

Regardless, Arquette definitely wasn’t ashamed of his antics and later tweeted, “I've got video to prove it (remember forever) haha! @LAMBERTLUST @newnownext @adamlambert.”

In addition to tweeting out the funny photos, Lambert also encouraged his fans to donate $31 in honor of his big day to the We Are Family Foundation, which empowers youth to make the world a better place.

LeAnn Rimes Photographed Crying Same Day She’s Bashed on ‘Real Housewives’

Is it “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” or “The Rimes Haters of Beverly Hills”?

LeAnn Rimes’ name comes up so often on the Bravo reality series, she should probably start earning a paycheck from the network. Monday night’s episode was especially harsh for the country singer, who had an affair with Eddie Cibrian while he was still married to one of the show’s stars, Brandi Glanville.

During a dinner party in Las Vegas with cast members Lisa Vanderpump, Kyle Richards, and Camille Grammer – where they were celebrating Glanville’s new venture teaching a stripping class – Rimes was the hot topic. Glanville and her co-stars joked about how they feel that Rimes continuously copies her husband’s ex-wife’s style and even wore the same dress designer for their April 2011 wedding. “Put some frickin’ clothes on!” Richards cackled about Rimes after it was said she wears the same bikinis as Glanville.

Glanville, 40, even shared with everyone at the table (and those watching at home) that a friend of hers who worked at Us Weekly, which broke the Cibrian-Rimes affair in 2009, had been reporting back to her on the extra-marital relationship. The reporter revealed to her that Cibrian and the singer were spotted riding around Malibu on his motorcycle after Glanville kicked him out of their home.

Perhaps Rimes, 30, had a heads-up about all the smack talk that was going to go down on “Real Housewives” because she was spotted during the day on Monday sobbing and hugging a friend after having lunch at Hugo’s restaurant in West Hollywood. Although she was described as “inconsolable,” Rimes claims the camera was playing tricks on us.

The 18-year-old’s “Believe Acoustic” album dropped today which features the song “Nothing Like Us,” a ballad Bieber revealed is indeed about his break up with Selena Gomez.

After listening to the track Justin Bieber gets one thing across perfectly clear: he is really sad! Also, when examining the lyrics it seems like Selena Gomez was to blame (at least in his mind) for why they split for good. The “Boyfriend” singer does nothing to squash rumors that Gomez, 20, has been partying a lot lately.

“I gave you everything baby/everything I had to give/girl why would you push me away?” Bieber sings in the second verse. “You know I'm used to making your day/but that is the past now/we didn't last now/I guess that this is meant to be.”

Sounds like this on-off couple is off for good.

Lindsay Lohan Claims She’s Too Sick to Appear in Court

Lindsay Lohan really does have an excuse for everything.

Although a judge made it crystal clear that it was mandatory she appear in a Santa Monica court on Wednesday for a pre-trial hearing about her misdemeanor case for lying to police about her June 2012 car accident, she’s now claiming she’s too sick to fly cross-country from New York City.

According to TMZ, Lohan’s new attorney, Mark Jay Heller, submitted documents informing the judge his client is suffering from an upper respiratory infection, and even included a January 11 article from The New York Postreporting that the flu epidemic has hit Manhattan.

Just one problem with Lohan’s claim: On Saturday, she was photographed shopping up a storm in SoHo … with a cigarette dangling from her hand – which is probably not the best medicine for an infection in your lungs, right?

This is also not the first time the “Liz & Dick” actress has used this excuse. Before filming began on “Scary Movie 5” in September, Lohan claimed she had the same illness – yet once producers threatened her with breach of contract, she miraculously recovered.

Are Alec Baldwin and Hilaria Thomas Expecting First Child Together?

Might Alec Baldwin have even more good news to celebrate this week?!

After winning big at the SAG Awards this past Sunday the “30 Rock” actor and his wife, Hilaria Thomas, are expecting their first together, according to one report from In Touch.

But don’t go busting out that sparkling cider just yet — a rep for Baldwin is not commenting.

“Our response to baby speculation over the past 18 months has remained the same...” the actor’s PR company tweeted Tuesday afternoon. “when/if Alec&Hilaria have news they want 2 share, they will share it. Until then, no comment.”

Thomas was seen out and about in LA Tuesday wearing a loose green dress with a high waisted belt, furthering speculation she may have a baby on board.

“Hilaria has told only really close friends and family she is pregnant, only a close circle she trusts,” a friend of the actor allegedly told In Touch. “[Hilaria] has not said much to anyone as far as how far along she is…She is so healthy and a yoga freak, so everyone could tell right away something was different.”

Baldwin has a 17-year-old daughter, Ireland, from his previous marriage to Kim Basinger. This would be Thomas' first child.

Here’s the Proof There Will Most Likely Be a Destiny’s Child Super Bowl Reunion

Destiny’s Child may be sorta, kinda saying “No, No, No” to the rumors that they will be reuniting this Sunday during Beyonce’s Super Bowl Halftime performance … but the facts speak otherwise.

Michelle Williams, who was in the group for five years until their 2005 split, did an interview with WRUG Media last week in which she said the much-hyped reunion “is not confirmed,” which some news outlets took as a denial. One site even went as far as to go with the headline, “Michelle Williams: Super Bowl Destiny's Child Reunion Is 'Not True'” – but that’s not what she really said.

Williams, 32, also told WRUG that instead of busting a move with Beyonce and Kelly Rowlandon Sunday, “I’ll be in the musical ‘Fela!’” – but that too is not entirely accurate.

January Jones Reveals Downside of Going from Brunette to Blonde: ‘My Hair is Falling Out in Clumps’

January Jones may have more fun as a blonde… but she also has a little less hair as a result.

Last week, the “Mad Men” actress went back to blonde, her third hair color in just a matter of months! In November, Jones debuted a brunette ‘do -- and before that in June, she went fiery red (with super long extensions) for her new movie “Sweetwater” – and now, her poor scalp is paying the high price of beauty.

“I have been every color and now my hair is falling out in clumps,” the 35-year-old told British magazine Grazia Daily while promoting “Sweetwater” at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah. “I’m going to have to shave it off and wear a wig!"

Brooke Hogan Responds to Public Outcry From ‘Sickos’ After Dad Tweets Photo of Her Legs

As if having a dad who has a bleach-blond handlebar mustache and wears orange-and-yellow boas wasn’t embarrassing enough!

Over the years, Hulk Hogan and his daughter Brooke have made many cringe with their just-a-little-too-close relationship. (We still can’t get the 2008 image of him rubbing suntan lotion all over her butt out of our heads!) But on Sunday, he really creeped us out when he tweeted a photo of the 25-year-old blonde in a mini dress and high heels with the caption: Brooke's legs.

In his defense (or not), before he posted the pic, he tweeted about going to his Hogan’s Beach bar in Tampa “for a Drizink,” so he probably didn’t have his wits about him.

Naturally, many of his followers were shocked … and not because Brooke has a great pair of stems. “You guys' relationship is disgusting. That s--t is just weird,” wrote @MissJia, while @FVTE3 added, “that s--t is extra creepy.”

But Brooke thought her dad’s actions were totally normal and on Monday took to her Twitter page, where she suggested that those who found Hulk’s comment to be icky were into bestiality … because that makes sense, right? “A dad can't even be proud of his daughter without sickos makin it something it's not,” she wrote. “Really?? Go back to your farm animals. #ignorant.”

Chris Brown vs. Frank Ocean: Dissecting the Differences

When the news about Chris Brown’s physical altercation with Frank Ocean made headlines on Monday morning, most people probably asked, “Chris Brown hit who?”

Indeed, Ocean – who is not related to “Caribbean Queen” singer Billy Ocean – may not be as well known as Brown, but he is arguably far more talented. Justin Bieber Reveals He’s Releasing a Song About Selena Gomez

Justin Bieber has pulled a Taylor Swift. The 18-year-old is releasing his “Believe Acoustic” album Tuesday, which features a song he wrote about his breakup with ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez. The track is called “Nothing Like Us” and Bieber opens up to Billboard about his life post-split.

“There's so many rumors,” Bieber says. “People say I call Selena every day and she won't pick up the phone or I'm chasing her down, and these are all fake stories. I don't go on blogs or anything like that. I hear things. People tell me if something happens on the Internet. It gets back to me, definitely.”

As for the song itself, the interviewer describes “Nothing Like Us” as a very real and heartfelt song.

“Because at the end of the day, there's nothing like us, you know?” the “Baby” singer explains. “That's just it. It is what it is. People are going to relate to that.”

“I'm not in the happiest place that I've ever been,” continued Bieber when asked if he was heartbroken. “I'm trying to get through what I'm going through. Like I said, I have my really close friends to cheer me up and keep me going.”

However the singer insists he is having fun “all of the time.”

“I'm 18. I have a great team around me. I have great friends. We have a blast. They keep me occupied and my mind off of the negative things,” Bieber reveals. “It's funny when people are like, "You're 18. What have you really gone through?" I'm thinking, "What do you mean? When you were 18, you don't think that you went through stuff?" When you are 18, you're going through that transition. You have a high school girlfriend, you might not. Going to college. Is ‘Mean Girls’ on Its Way to Broadway?

“Mean Girls,” the 2004 big-screen for which Tina Fey wrote the screenplay (based upon the 2002 book Queen Bees and Wannabees by Rosalind Wiseman), might be on its way to the stage, with an eye on the Broadway.

"Maybe! We want to. I would love to," Fey told E! News' Giuliana Rancic at the SAG Awards on Sunday. "I'm trying to develop it with my husband [Jeff Richmond], who does all the music for 30 Rock and I think Paramount's onboard." Fey also told E! that she loved the recent “Mean Girls” spat on “American Idol” had a suggestion for Mariah Carey, "Maybe she can play Amy Poehler’s part in the musical."

The now-classic Mark Waters-directed comedy starred Lindsay Lohan and Fey, and was the breakthrough film for Rachel McAdams, Amanda Seyfried, and Lizzy Caplan. Seyfried recently calledher work in “Mean Girls” her “best work” ever. "I was so innocent. I was so green," Seyfried told Indiewire at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival. "I look back and I'm like, 'Really, I thought I was doing a terrible job.' But it was written so well and so wonderfully directed. Mark Waters [the director] made me look good; he made me funny. And Tina Fey wrote the coolest script of all time. I'm so grateful for every experience."

omg! caught up with Jonathan Bennett, who played Lohan's super handsome love interest, Aaron Samuels, in "Mean Girls," and thinks the musical is a great idea. Jamie-Lynn Sigler is a bride-to-be! The actress announced on Twitter Monday, January 28, that she is engaged to Washington Nationals infielder Cutter Dykstra.

Taylor Swift Performs Break Up Song in Front of Harry Styles

Hey Harry Styles, did you know you are never ever getting back together with Taylor Swift? That seems to be the message the 23-year-old superstar wanted to get across at the NRJ Awards in Cannes, France on Saturday night.

Swift performed “We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together” at the awards show also attended by Styles, which is an interesting song choice considering “I Knew You Were Trouble” is the singer’s current single.

According to Us Weekly the country singer looked directly at her ex — who was sitting in the audience a few feet away — during her performance. The mag also reported that Swift took extra precautions to ensure she and the One Direction singer did not run into each other before the show.

"It was very carefully timed so they didn't do the carpet at the same time," an insider told Us. "Taylor didn't do any backstage interviews and didn't use a dressing room -- she changed at the hotel because she didn't want to see Harry at any point. ...Things were timed to keep them apart and for it to not become a big media circus."

If Swift was rattled by the run in, she isn’t showing it on Twitter.

The Ready Set released a new song ,“For the Better,” which they dedicated to the singer; the song references the recent tabloid fodder about her love life. They lyrics say how there are “100 other” guys waiting in line and that she is better off without Styles. Swift tweeted them a bunch of smiley faces back… so she must like the message!

The offspring of Klum and Flavio Briatore – who was formally adopted by Heidi’s recent ex-husband, Seal, in 2009 – was walking with mom, 39, the supermodel’s boyfriend Martin Kirsten and sister Lou on their way home from gymnastics class. Not only was Leni rockin’ a sweet workout get-up, complete with zebra-printed pink knee-high socks – but she clearly was practicing her perfect pout as her hair moved in the breeze.

Something tells us she’s been watching the new season of “Project Runway” or something.

Rick Ross Target of Attempted Drive-By Shooting … but 50 Cent Has His Doubts

For most of us, hitting a nightclub until the wee morning hours would be enough excitement for one night, but rapper Rick Ross got an extra dose when he was the target of an attempted drive-by shooting early Monday morning.

The eccentric musician had spent the night celebrating his 37^th birthday at club LIV in Miami, and later, while driving down swanky Las Olas Boulevard with his fashion designer girlfriend Sateria Moragne-el, shots were fired in the direction of the couple’s 2011 silver Rolls Royce, causing Ross to lose control of the vehicle and crash into an apartment building, according to the Fort Lauderdale Police Department.

Neither Ross, who lives in the nearby town of Davie, Florida, nor 28-year-old Moragne-el were injured and the suspects fled the scene prior to the police’s arrival, according to the report.

Prior to the crash, while partying at LIV, Ross was clearly having a good time, and kept his more than 2 million Twitter followers posted with tweets like “Lotta $$$$ in CLUB LIV TONIGHT” and “3 blunts lit a once.”

Chris Brown Investigated for Possible Assault of Frank Ocean

   

Chris Brown's next hot date could be with a judge.

The controversial singer is being investigated for a possible assault in West Hollywood, the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department confirms. The incident stemmed from an argument with fellow singer Frank Ocean over a parking spot outside a recording studio.

Police responded to a call stating that six men were fighting outside the Westlake Recording Studio on Sunday. While the scene was clear when police arrived, the investigation determined that "the altercation allegedly led to Chris Brown punching the victim," the department said in a statement released Monday.

While the victim's name wasn't released by police, Ocean says he was injured by Brown, 23. "Got jumped by Chris and a couple guys," the "Thinkin Bout You" singer, 25, tweeted on Sunday night. While he made light of the situation with a "lol," Ocean – who is up for six Grammys on February 10 –noted, "Cut my finger now I can't play w two hands at the grammys."

An unnamed source told TMZ that as Brown was exiting parking lot after listening to a new track by an artist he represents, Ocean and his pals blocked the exit. "This is my studio, this is my parking spot," Ocean, who came out as a gay man in July, reportedly said to Brown. When Brown went to shake Ocean's hand, a fight broke out.

Brown and Ocean have a history of drama. In 2011, they had a war of words over Twitter when Ocean thought Brown insulted his singing abilities.

Taye Diggs Takes Down Home Intruder After SAG Awards

Sunday night was full of action for Taye Diggs.

Mere hours after he presented with “Cougar Town” actress Busy Philipps at the Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards, the “Private Practice” actor single-handedly nabbed an intruder at his Studio City, California, home… and we can only assume he looked good doing it.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ that Diggs was home at about 11:20 p.m. when a 20-year-old man named Hassan Juma allegedly broke in, probably thinking the owners were not there. Diggs, 42, was home though and he took off chasing after the fleeing suspect, actually holding down Juma until police arrived. There was reportedly also a getaway driver, who sped off and is still at large. The LAPD confirmed the incident to omg!.

Diggs and his wife Idina Menzel were having a fun evening before the home invasion. At 9:45 p.m., he tweeted about a post-awards party, “I had a blast. My favorite part is the dance party afterwards. Dj Paesche kills it and everyone's on the dance floor.” Menzel also posted a fun photo to her WhoSay page of the couple on the way to the awards show, earlier in the night.

Talk about a beautiful family. Elton John and David Furnish took to People and Hello!magazine in the U.K. to offer fans a glimpse at the latest addition to their growing family.

The couple posed with new baby Elijah Joseph Daniel Furnish-John -- who was born on January 11 -- and son Zachary Jackson Levon, 2, for a totally frame-worthy family portrait.

John and Furnish also revealed that their surrogate for Elijah was the same woman as Zachary’s.

“She is a wonderful, kind and loving woman who we love like a sister,” John, 65, told Hello!. He also refers to her as “part of the family,” which should sound like a fairly familiar scenario to anyone who’s ever watched an episode of NBC’s “The New Normal.”

The couple also used the same egg donor and, as with Zachary, do not wish to find out which of them is his true biological father.

“We kept a scrapbook for Zachary with all his scans, emails with the surrogate and key moments from the surrogacy, and we are doing the same for Elijah,” Furnish, 50, explained to People. “We want the boys to understand the spirit and love that was at the heart of the process.”

“All we hope is that Zachary and Elijah are healthy and happy,” Furnish added. “They will always be able to rely on us for total love and support, and we hope they grow up to live their own lives and be who they want to be, not who we want them to be.”

“I have learned that a parent's capacity for love is endless,” John told Hello!. “When another child is born, our depth of love just grows deeper and wider, so it was very emotional."

John and Furnish tied the knot in 2005 after 12 years as a couple.
