Jenelle Evans Divorce Drama: ‘Teen Mom 2’ Star Files Five Assault Charges Against Husband

Jenelle Evans’ drama just continues to worsen.

On Wednesday, the pregnant “Teen Mom 2” train wreck filed five assault charges against her husband of just six weeks, Courtland Rogers, in North Carolina – four are in relation to her and one is about their unborn baby.

"They are the highest level of misdemeanor you can get," Evans’ lawyer, Dustin Sullivan, explained to E! News. "He faces a maximum 150 days in jail per charge."

Evans’ lawyer claims the most recent attack on his client was on January 21, two days after she filed the charges, but that she has been “physically assaulted over a period of time” by her new husband.

On Monday, Evans, 21, was rushed to the hospitalamid a miscarriage scare, which was brought on after a massive blowout with Rogers after he left town to party with friends. Later that day, she tweeted, "I am getting a divorce, ASAP." Although she did not lose her baby, Evans has been down in the dumps, says Sullivan. “She seems to be very concerned about her general health and well-being. She is not upbeat at all. She is going through a very difficult time right now."

But she seems to be taking it all in stride. Evans, who does not have custody of her 3-year-old son Jace, has been hanging out with her ex-fiancé, Gary Head, playing video games, according to herTwitter feed.

Rogers is due in court on February 18… but knowing him and Evans, they could be back together by then!

Simon Cowell Rocks ‘Harry Potter’ Glasses… and Stains

The acerbic judge left the latest “Britain’s Got Talent” auditions at the London Palladium Theatre Wednesday wearing his trademark jeans and bland light gray crew neck sweater, but this time, he was also channeling Harry Potter. The 53-year-old was accessorizing with some big, round bifocals on his stoic face.

It’s not the first time that Cowell has been seen in the fancy eye wear. They first appeared on him in 2010 on an U.K. “X Factor” live show.

But the glasses weren’t the problem. Cowell's jeans and sweater were covered in what looks like stains (or, are they rain drops?) -- stains that a little witch with a magic wand could easily fix with a "Reparo" spell. Too bad she wasn't his date for the evening -- instead, he was photographed with comedian and "Talent" co-judge David Walliams.

In other Cowell news, his production company isreportedly making a film about a dancing dog. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Syco Entertainment is partnering with Britain’s Vertigo Films to make a movie about 2012 “Britain’s Got Talent” winner, Pudsey the dog.

Country Singer Chely Wright and Wife Expecting Twins

Two bundles of joy are on the way for country music singer Chely Wright and her wife, Sony Music executive, Lauren Blitzer-Wright. Wright will be carrying the twins.

The pair broke their happy news to Howard Bragman, Vice Chairman of Reputation.com and longtime celebrity crisis counselor, on his show "Gwissues," a YouTube show which airs on the brand new online "Gwist.tv" network.

Wright, 42, raised her profile into the public spotlight when she came out of the closet as a lesbian in May 2010; the first country music star to publicly acknowledge his or her sexual orientation. "There had never, ever been a country music artist who had acknowledged his or her homosexuality," she told People at the time. "I wasn't going to be the first." Bragman lead Wright through the complicated coming out publicity journey, which included a high profile appearance on the ‘Today” show.

Wright and Blitzer-Wright, 31, were married in Connecticut in August of 2011, following their engagement a few months earlier, less than a year after Wright came out.

Chely has even more to celebrate this year. She was just nominated for a GLAAD Media Award for Outstanding Documentary for her production with First Run Features, “Chely Wright: Wish Me Away.”

Bethenny Frankel's Husband Jason Hoppy Files Aggressive New Divorce Papers: Report

Things are getting ugly fast between Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy. About three weeks after Skinnygirl mogul Frankel, 42, filed for divorce from Hoppy, 41, the pharmaceutical executive has counter-filed with aggressive papers of his own, TMZreports.

Disputing nearly every major detail from Frankel's filing, Hoppy has a long list of requests: First and foremost, Hoppy wants primary custody of Bryn, the couple's 2-year-old daughter. (Bravo star Frankel also asked for primary custody.) Just like Frankel, Hoppy seeks child support from his ex, whom he wed in spring 2010, and similarly asks for medical and dental expenses for himself and for Bryn.

Again countering Frankel's own request, Hoppy seeks "exclusive use and occupancy of the marital residence" (their $5 million, four-bedroom apartment in NYC's Tribeca neighborhood). He also asks his future ex-wife to maintain a life insurance policy on herself, making him and Bryn beneficiaries -- another detail likewise requested by Frankel. Finally, TMZ reports, Hoppy requests that the talk show host pays his lawyer and accountant.

One thing apparently not at stake in this new war? Frankel's estimated $100 million fortune earned through her New York Times bestsellers, her Skinnygirl empire and daytime talk show; the couple signed a prenuptial agreement before tying the knot.

"Girls" creator and star Lena Dunham is sounding off on Rihanna.

During an interview on Alec Baldwin's podcast "Here's the Thing" on Monday, 26-year-old Dunham referenced the "Diamonds" singer, 24, when she spoke about the importance of being a role model, and how it's something that she's keenly aware of now that her HBO show is such a hit.

"I've had to become more conscious about what I say and what I promote, not in a way that stifles me, but just in a way where I realize now that there are 17-year-old girls who come up to me and tell me that the show means a lot to them," said Dunham, whose show regularly features sex scenes.

Baldwin noted, "If one percent of your audience is influenced – this is what I learned from someone – if one percent of your audience, one percent, is genuinely and in any way influenced by what you do and say, that's still tens of thousands of people."

"It's amazing," Dunham agreed. "It's an amazing thing and it's like, it's a platform that you have to take seriously. Which is why sometimes it's like I used to be really into Rihanna, that pop star, and then it's like again, I don't want to ever throw stones from my glass house, but I follow her on Instagram and I just think about how many little girls beyond what I could even comprehend are obsessed with Rihanna. Like you know, she left Barbados, she's had this amazing career, she's won a Grammy."

Jennifer Lawrence is definitely a star on the rise but, eight years ago, the only thing on the rise was her hair!

The Oscar-nominated actress was a gawky teenager just like the rest of us and she had a really unfortunate hairdo to boot. Snakkle.com scored a photo of the then-eighth grader where she’s the proud owner of a bad perm and a blue and gold paw print school sweatshirt.

Luckily, unlike most middle schoolers, it looks like Lawrence managed to skip the braces phase, since the one thing that hasn’t changed about the “The Hunger Games” star’s look is her stellar smile.

"I was a teenager too — hard to believe, right?" Lawrence told the LA Times last week.

She’s got a point. And since People magazine dubbed her one of the “Most Beautiful People in 2012,” it’s safe to say her “awkward stage” is just a distant memory. Besides, she’s made it clear that when it comes to her body, she could care less what people think. “I eat like a caveman, I’ll be the only actress who doesn’t have anorexia rumors," Lawrence told Elle in 2012. “In Hollywood, I’m obese. I’m considered a fat actress, I’m Val Kilmer in that one picture on the beach.”

We beg to differ.

More important than her teenage style, however, is her quick climb to Hollywood fame over a mere three years. Her breakout role in “Winter’s Bone” scored the starlet her first Oscar nomination as well as the attention of the masses. The Kentucky native has continued to wow us with her acting chops, most recently nabbing an Oscar nomination for her portrayal of a young widow in “Silver Linings Playbook.”

Hopefully, just like her middle school ‘do, Lawrence’s star status will continue to grow.

The country cutie who seems forever to be on the hunt for Prince Charming (but mostly winds up with Prince Not-So-Muches) is the latest star to pose for one of Disney’s ads photographed by Annie Leibovitz.

Swift’s signature long blond locks are put to great use in the “Tangled”-inspired photo shoot; the 23-year-old looks appropriately ethereal as a live-action Rapunzel sitting in the window of her tall tower.

“Where a world of adventure awaits,” the image promises.

The advertisement for Disney Parks – set to be included in upcoming issues of Vanity Fair, InStyle, and People – is part of the ongoing Disney Dream Portrait series, which has featured stars from Scarlett Johansson and Beyonce to Russell Brand and Will Ferrell, all photographed by Leibovitz.

Swift recently landed in London after spending a few days in the recording studio. She and her most recent ex, One Direction heartthrob Harry Styles, 18, are expected to attend the same event in Cannes later this week.

If you thought Kate Upton would slowly fade from the spotlight after she appeared on the cover of the 2012 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue, well, you were clearly wrong.

The 20-year-old (thankfully, we can now stop referring to her as a teenager, which always seemed kind of creepy) ended 2012 as one of Yahoo!’s most-searched people, thanks to multiple viral videos of the scantily clad blond bombshell. And now, less than a month into the new year, the world is abuzz yet again over Ms. Upton. This time it’s in response to a new Mercedes-Benz commercial set to air during the February 3 Super Bowl that “leaked” online.” But the buzz isn’t all good.

The premise sounds simple enough. The spot starts out with words "Kate Upton Washes the New Mercedes CLA in Slow Motion" displayed across the screen. But the apparent joke is that Upton doesn’t actually wash anything. The camera pans to the beauty blowing a few bubbles through the air while a gaggle of can’t-believe-their-eyes football players wash the car as she saunters around in short shorts and a super-low-cut, cleavage-baring tank top.
