There's nothing like a little mother-daughter bonding time to heal the soul. As Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy go to war over their divorce, the Skinnygirl mogul, 42, is seeking comfort with the couple's 2-year-old daughter, Bryn.

On Thursday, Jan. 24, Frankel and her little girl stepped out to enjoy a special visit to the Children's Museum of the Arts in New York City. Bundled up for the frigid cold in head-to-toe black, the Bravo star looked somber as she wheeled Bryn -- wearing a pink jacket and a monkey hat -- through the streets in a stroller.

The outing comes within hours of reports that Frankel's ex is contesting his wife's divorce filing with aggressive papers of his own. According to TMZ, Hoppy has a long list of requests -- primary custody of their daughter being chief among them. (Frankel also asked for primary custody when she filed three weeks ago.) Additionally, the pharmaceutical executive, 41, seeks child support and health care expenses for himself and Bryn, as well as "exclusive use and occupancy" of the couple's $5 million, four-bedroom apartment in NYC's Tribeca neighborhood.

Hoppy's shocking court filing adds a new dimension to the couple's split, which Frankel first announced on Dec. 23. At the time, the Place of Yes author vowed to remain on good terms with her ex for the sake of Bryn.
"We have love and respect for one another and will continue to amicably co-parent our daughter who is and will always remain our first priority," she told Us Weekly in a statement. "This is an immensely painful and heartbreaking time for us."
